For our 2nd time buying a home while trying to move states "accelerated" during the year-end holiday & Chicago winter season, Lina did a phenomenal job gathering (must-haves vs nice-to-haves) what truly matters to us, exposing us to a diverse set of home options (incl. off-market listings), following up with additional details not mentioned in the listing, quick replies to our bullet list of questions/concerns/follow-ups (incl. holidays, weekends), she is on top of pricing trends and Chicago neighborhood details and transparent throughout with well-connected network of inspectors/lenders/insurance/attorney, etc for us to compare against. Since we weren't in town, she went above and beyond to be present for remote inspection with a video call. Lina and her team were well organized, e.g., transactions coordinator (Jenny), what stage we are in what's pending, what's in-progress, scheduled showings/walkthroughs efficiently and quickly in my short interstate visits and helped us close smoothly without any delays working with our short timeline. What a great host, with the most wonderful personality, we now consider him a friend of ours.
